Here are some of the most common questions I receive about therapy and working together. If you’re wondering about something that isn’t covered here, don’t hesitate to reach out through the contact form.

  • I am a fee-for-service provider. I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide a Superbill for you to see out-of-network reimbursement if eligible through your plan.

  • I ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Our first session will focus on building rapport, understanding what brings you in, and identifying your therapy goals. Everyone’s journey is different and we’ll go at your pace.

  • Yes. I offer bilingual therapy and am happy to work with clients who feel more comfortable speaking in Spanish.

  • Yes, I offer secure telehealth sessions for California residents and in-person sessions at my Claremont office.

  • Family therapy is available. Group sessions are not currently offered.
