About

You deserve to be seen, heard, and supported, just as you are.

Meet Adrianne

I became a therapist because I wanted to help others feel heard, understood, and inspired to work toward the life they deserve. I know what it’s like to be on the other side of the chair, to seek support, to do the hard work of healing, and to grow through life’s challenges. That experience shapes how I show up with my clients: with empathy, encouragement, and real understanding.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and empowering. I believe you are not defined by your struggles. You have the strength and capacity within you to take your power back and step into a better version of yourself and I’m honored to walk with you on that path.

Portrait of Adrianne

I love working with:

  • Teens, young adults, and college students as they build confidence and discover their identity

  • New mothers navigating the emotional changes of the postpartum experience

You may come to therapy unsure of what to expect. My intention is for you to leave each session feeling lighter, more seen, and more capable of facing the next step forward. We will move at your pace. I will meet you exactly where you are.
